What is Yoga Trapeze?

The Yoga Trapeze is the inversion therapy of your dreams. Yoga Trapeze is a style of yoga that uses a device called a yoga sling and straps, the sling and straps together are called the Yoga Trapeze. The Yoga Trapeze offers many things that your mat class might be missing like activating your posterior chain, passive backend holds, and spinal traction. This style of yoga engages in passive backends, supported traditional-style mat poses, and is an overall strong practice that builds a great deal of upper body, core, and grip strength.
