Group Yoga Sessions

Group Yoga Sessions are perfect for you and your crew! 
Time
Classes can be as little as 40 minutes and up to 75 
Location
These sessions are held in a studio setting, most likely at  Soulside Healing Arts. Sessions can also be held at your office or any space of your choosing!
Props
If the session is held at the studio, yoga mats and props are provided. If the session is held outside of the studio, yoga mats and props are not provided. 
Theme
Each class is specifically curated to fit your group's wants and needs. I am happy to come up with a theme of my own but would love to work with you as well! Examples of themes include but are not limited to: Team Building, Trauma Healing, Relaxation, Mobility Traning
